The Milwaukee 49-40-6200 4-1/2" – 5" Surface Grinding Dust Shroud is designed to provide efficient dust containment and OSHA-compliant dust extraction for concrete and surface grinding applications. Engineered for compatibility with Milwaukee® angle grinders, this dust shroud helps control respirable crystalline silica dust in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1153 requirements.

Optimized for use with 4-1/2" – 5" Milwaukee® AC/DC angle grinders manufactured in 2018 or later, the shroud delivers fast installation and reliable dust collection performance for demanding grinding applications.

The integrated high-density bristle system helps maximize dust containment while maintaining surface contact for improved extraction efficiency. A rotatable front access door allows users to grind flush against walls and edges without removing the shroud, increasing versatility and productivity on the jobsite.

When paired with the Milwaukee® 8960-20 8 Gallon Dust Extractor or 0888-20 9 Gallon Dust Extractor, the system provides a complete OSHA Table 1 compliant solution for concrete grinding and surface preparation work.
